REFUND POLICY

1. Overview 

Relay Point Systems provides customized operational consulting, system implementations, and managed automation services. Because of the labor-intensive nature of this work and the intellectual property involved in our system designs, our refund policy is limited.

 

2. One-Time Setup and Installation Fees

Setup fees cover the extensive labor, planning, architecture design, and configuration required to build your system.

  • Non-Refundable: Once the onboarding process has begun and our team has started work on your account, all setup and installation fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Rationale: This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to your specific project, regardless of whether you choose to continue with the monthly service.

3. Monthly Managed Services 
  • Billing: Monthly service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly service at any time in accordance with the notice period outlined in your Service Agreement.

  • No Proration: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months where the system was unused with an open account.
4. Exceptions

We stand by the quality of our work. If a critical error or system failure occurs that is solely caused by a configuration error on the part of Relay Point Systems, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to errors caused by third-party software updates, AI limitations, or user error.
