1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Relay Point Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Relay Point Systems provides operational consulting, system installation, CRM configuration, and managed automation services. We design workflows to streamline business communications, lead management, and operational processes.
3. Use of AI and Automation
Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated technologies to assist in content generation, communication routing, and data processing.

Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI technology is assistive and not infallible. Relay Point Systems does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are 100% error-free.

Liability: We are not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI-generated suggestions or automated responses.

Oversight: The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving final outputs where applicable.
4. User Responsibilities
To ensure the systems function correctly, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding communication, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
- Obtain necessary consent from your leads/customers before importing them into any automated messaging system we configure for you.
5. Payments and Billing
- Service Fees: Fees for setup, installation, and monthly management are agreed upon in your specific Service Agreement or Proposal.
- Billing: Monthly managed services are billed on a recurring basis.
- Refunds: Due to the labor-intensive nature of our work, one-time setup and installation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay Point Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement as outlined in your specific contract. Upon termination, Relay Point Systems is not obligated to maintain your data or system configurations beyond the agreed-upon transition period.
8. Intellectual Property
- Client Data: You retain full ownership of your customer lists and business data.
- System Architecture: Relay Point Systems retains ownership of the proprietary workflow designs, automation templates, and system architectures we install. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these systems while you are an active client.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
